I grew up in Colombia as the oldest sibling, which meant leadership started early for me. Responsibility became part of my identity long before I earned a title. By seventeen I was working and studying, and soon I was leading teams in the healthcare sector. Before moving to the United States, I helped scale a clinic from 30 to 170 employees. That experience shaped my understanding of people, culture, structure and the discipline required to grow an organization.

When I immigrated to the United States, everything changed. I arrived without a professional network, without understanding the system and with limited English. I had to start again from zero. In 2016 I faced one of the hardest years of my life. It was a year of personal loss, transition and rebuilding. In the middle of that year I founded HDS Biz Solutions with only 300 dollars. I could not afford an office, so I met clients in coffee shops. Every step was built with discipline, courage and a commitment to serve.

Today HDS is a multimillion dollar company with a team of 18 people. We have supported more than 4,700 contractors across the United States, and our work impacts real businesses and real families every day. My experience is not theoretical. Everything I teach as a speaker and mentor has been tested in the real world, with real teams and real challenges.

Leadership has shaped my life and I now help others achieve the clarity, structure and confidence they need to lead well.
